Returning of crackers under any category requires image and video proof, which must be shared via WhatsApp at +91 8767993588 or email at yashodacrackerssales@gmail.com.

For all return cases, customers are required to send the parcel back to our Sivakasi address at their own cost to be eligible for a refund.

For cancellations and/or returns, the refund amount will be credited to your account within 15 working days after verification.

We ensure proper packaging and handling to deliver all orders in good condition.
All our packages are secure, water-resistant, scratch-proof, and sanitized for safe delivery.

Please note:

- Yashoda Crackers is not responsible for incorrect address or contact details provided by the customer.
- Delivery will be attempted twice.
- If the customer is unavailable during both attempts, the parcel will be returned to Sivakasi.
- In such cases, no refund will be processed.
