- Returning of the crackers under any type needs an image and video proof to be sent to +91 8767993588 through WhatsApp or email at yashodacrackers@gmail.com
- On all the categories of “returning”, you are required to send back the parcel to our Sivakasi address at your own cost to get refunded.
- For the cancellation and/or returning of order, the refund will be credited in your account within 15 working days.
- We are working hard to make our transportation system deliver every order in a good condition.
- All our packages are water, scratch proof & sanitized.
- We are not responsible for any address or phone number mistake at your end. We try to deliver your parcel with two attempts, and if you are not reachable in both attempts, the parcel will be sent back to Sivakasi and no refund will be processed.
